Who it is for
- Full time undergraduates at a UK university from a lower socio-economic background
- Typically around BBB at A level, with contextual factors considered through their REALrating form

- Over 200 roles released a year, most leading to a permanent offer
Who it is for
- Open to those with and without a degree, including students, school leavers and graduates
- No prior internship required. You apply directly to each firm

- A paid summer internship, at least London Living Wage, June to August

Who it is for
- Candidates of Black African, Black Caribbean, Black British or mixed Black heritage, aged 18+
